These terms govern the self-hosted software running at eshnetwork.space (“the Service”). The Service is a personal, non-commercial project operated by a private individual for their own household.
The Service is not offered to the public. It does not accept registrations, does not process anyone else's data, and confers no right of access on any third party. Unauthorised access attempts are not permitted.
The operator uses the Service solely to automate handling of their own accounts and data. The Service is not used to access, collect, or process data belonging to anyone who has not personally granted consent.
The Service runs on home hardware and residential connectivity. It carries no uptime guarantee and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.
The Service integrates with third-party APIs, including Google and a language-model provider. Use of those APIs is additionally governed by their respective terms. See the Privacy Policy for what data is shared and why.
